Covid-19

We kindly ask all customers not to make an appointment or please contacted us 24 hours prior to cancel the appointment you have with us if:

  • You have experienced any Covid-19 symptoms including high temperature, loss of taste or smell, new cough or any other symptom that might be linked to Covid-19.

  • Have been asked to self-isolate by the track and trace app.

  • Have been in contact with anyone who has had any Covid-19 symptoms or you or that person has had a positive test.

  • If you have come into the country within the last 10 days.

Here are the steps we are taking to ensure your visit to the salon is to the highest standards:

  • Arrive at your appointment alone, on time and wait outside (please note you can only enter the salon with one other person is you are their carer or accompanying a child under the age of 16).

  • Your stylist will call you in once everything is cleaned down and ready.

  • We are regularly sanitising every section and equipment throughout the day.

  • If you have your own mask bring it with you, if not we will provide one for you at a small charge.

  • Please try to minimise the amount of belonging you bring into the salon to avoid close contact with others.

  • Hand sanitiser will be available so please ensure that you use some upon arrival.

  • We are sad to say magazines/newspapers are not allowed to be provided by ourselves. So please bring anything you would like to read/do during your appointment.

  • Please don’t handle any retail or home care products yourselves, just ask one of us to get them for you.

Now that's all we need to let you know. We want to make sure your visit is as relaxing and stress-free as possible. We have missed all our clients and can’t wait to see you all soon.
